Women's Empowerment & Livelihoods
Savings groups, skills training and seed support for small enterprises — so income and decisions both stay with women.

In most villages women's labour is everywhere and women's names are almost nowhere — not on the income, and not on the decisions. This programme exists to close that gap.
We form savings and credit groups of 15 to 25 members, train them in bookkeeping and group governance, and provide seed capital to members the group itself selects.
Vegetable farming, tailoring, livestock, homestays — whatever the enterprise, it is market access and the habit of keeping accounts that decide whether it survives past year two.
